Creativity – Where Vision Is Born

In this phase, we:

  • explore themes, goals, and target audiences,
  • conduct research and trend analysis,
  • select suitable technologies and tools,
  • define a clear brief and project strategy.

The outputs are:

  • development of the libretto,
  • dramaturgical and architectural concept,
  • design of interactive solutions,
  • feasibility study and conceptual visualization.

The goal is to transform an idea into a structured, realistic vision of a 21st-century exhibition.

Preparation – A Well-Thought-Out Plan Is the Foundation

In this phase, we:

  • create the architectural study and implementation documentation,
  • prepare the project schedule and financial plan,
  • provide consultation on the legislative and contractual framework (qualification criteria, etc.),
  • select suppliers and technological solutions.

The outputs are:

  • complete technical documentation,
  • budget and delivery plan,
  • framework schedule for all project phases.

This phase ensures that implementation proceeds smoothly, efficiently, and transparently.

Implementation – Vision Becomes Reality

In this phase, we:

  • manage the schedule, budget, and quality of execution,
  • coordinate architects, curators, suppliers, and technical supervision,
  • ensure communication with the investor and ongoing reporting,
  • handle changes and respond to current on-site conditions.

The outputs are:

  • a completed exhibition in line with the approved project,
  • implementation documentation (photos, videos, logs),
  • a project ready for operation.

The result is a precisely crafted work that fulfills the original vision down to the last detail.

Operation – After Completion, Everything Truly Begins

In this phase, we:

  • monitor operational data and visitor behavior,
  • evaluate the effectiveness and functionality of individual elements,
  • recommend optimizations and adjustments,
  • provide maintenance, service, and monitoring,
  • support promotion and PR activities.

The goal is to:

  • keep the exhibition vibrant, attractive, and sustainable over the long term,
  • ensure its technical and content quality over time.

Since 2014, we have specialised in the design and implementation of museum and exhibition displays. We provide a complete implementation service: from technical consultation, through feasibility studies, to the production of individual exhibition elements. Thanks to our wide range of experienced professionals, we are able to flexibly assemble a team tailored to each project.

PREPARATION

A well-thought-out plan is essential.

In the preparatory phase, we will develop a comprehensive project plan, including the necessary legal steps for conducting public or private tenders. We will set technical deadlines for each phase and set a timeframe for creative and research activities. The schedule will be carefully coordinated with all relevant requirements and deadlines to guarantee the smooth running of the entire project.
We will create implementation documentation that will specify in detail the materials, technologies, and the graphic and audiovisual content to be used. We will introduce you to carefully selected suppliers who are chosen on the basis of strict qualification criteria, thus guaranteeing a high level of quality and efficiency of delivery.

During the preparation phase, we will go through the following topics:

Project planning and management

  • Schedule – preparation and implementation phases, including the consideration of all technical and legal deadlines
  • Funding
    • Subsidies, Grants, Foundations, IROP
  • Legal assurance
    • Public contracts for study and implementation
    • Contracts with suppliers
    • Contracts with author’s and technical supervision

Implementation documentation / documentation for the selection of the contractor

  • Material and design solutions
  • Specification of audiovisual content including script, moodboard, references, storyboard, and a description of the technology
  • Detailed specification of the numbers and sizes of individual elements
  • Selection of specific audiovisual and lighting equipment
  • Lighting, low-current, high-current, HVAC, and security projects
  • Technical report
  • Construction preparation

Selection of suppliers

  • Preparation of contracts and tendering
    • Evaluation committee and criteria
    • Qualification requirements
  • Administration of queries
  • Ensuring transparency

CREATIVITY

This is where a vision is born.

Together we will explore ideas, themes, and the purpose of the planned exhibition or visitor centre. Through intensive research, we assess the appropriate tools and technologies to turn your idea into a clear brief with realistic goals. After a detailed analysis, we will assemble an implementation team of experts in the necessary fields who will be guarantors for the quality and professional approach of your project.

Based on a study, we then propose a dramaturgical concept, architectural design, as well as graphic and audiovisual content that will enrich the project with contemporary creative and interactive elements. Together we will define the objectives, target groups, and strategy of the project so that it meets the criteria of a modern 21st century exhibition.

During the creative process, we will discuss together the following topics:

Idea / Intention / Task

  • Topics
  • Research
  • Tools and technology
  • Trends
  • Feasibility
    • Assignment
    • Options
    • Demands (financial, technical, organisational)
    • Evaluation

Study

  • Description of the objectives and target groups, identification of the monitoring indicators
  • Dramaturgical concept for understanding the theme
  • Libretto, moodboard, treatment
  • Architectural solution
  • Audiovisual content (videos, films, animations, interactive installations, motion design) – rough description or script, references, technologies used
  • Visual and graphic design
  • Interactivity, children’s hotline
  • Specification of operational aspects
    • Operating hours
    • Seasonal functioning
    • Staff capacities (curators, guides, administrators, cleaners, ticket vendors, etc.)
    • Free and guided tours, audio-guides, lecturers, and accompanying programmes

REALISATION

The vision becomes a reality.

The effective coordination of all stakeholders is one of the key skills of our project managers. They optimise work processes on a daily basis according to the current situation on the construction site, flexibly deal with unexpected situations, effectively manage the schedule and use of funds, and communicate transparently and regularly with the client.

During the implementation, we will go through the following topics:

  • Project and stakeholder coordination
    • Investor
    • Funding provider (subsidies, grants, founder, etc.)
    • Authors – curator, architect
    • Operating staff
    • Technical supervision of the investor
    • Manufacturers and suppliers
  • Schedule and follow-up management
  • Clear assignment of tasks and checking the performance
  • Continuous quality control of the design with regard to the whole and detail
  • Ongoing documentation of the implementation process (photo and video documentation, construction diary, etc.)

OPERATION

Now it is complete, everything can start.

After implementation comes the operation, maintenance, and promotion phase. Before the actual launch, we strongly recommend a trial run, which will allow the discovery and resolution of problems that could not be identified during preparation and implementation. We review and analyse operational experience, focus on key learnings from the early days of operation, and formulate proposed solutions that will contribute to the successful development of the project.

During operation and aftercare, we will go over the following topics:

  • Analysis of functioning
    • Obtaining traffic data (visitor traffic, the time visitors stay in the exhibition, the popularity of individual elements or themes for effective promotion)
    • Evaluation and proposal of modifications and further development
  • Regular inspections, maintenance, and monitoring
  • Optimisation of operation
  • Promotion, PR, visibility
